A slightly different shade of buff, I dipped this linen scarf into the indigo vat and the result was a green blue. The scarf was first dyed with a very light concentration of Myrobalan and Tannin. Myrobalan comes from a tree in SE Asia. It grows nuts and when they are dried and simmered in water, the hue is a yellow. You can change the color by adding different amounts of Tannin, hence the buff color before the Indigo bath. A great color for fall, you can wear it as a scarf or a wrap
Hand or Delicate Wash, Hang to dry. May be ironed.
Dimensions: 70” long, 15” wide
100% Linen
