Hand Dyed Buttercup Soft Merino Wrap
The autumn sun gives off tints of color when it rises. The yellow is close to the sun when it is coming up. I dyed this sheer, plain weave merino wool wrap with osage and kamala. The result is a very soft yellow.
The merino wool yarn is very comfortable, soft and has a great drape. It was woven by fair trade artisans. You can wear it as a wrap or a scarf throughout the seasons. Very lightweight and great for travel. Wear is in the evening on a cruise.
The wrap was washed three times and ironed.
Care: Wash it in a gentle cycle or hand wash in cool water. Hang to dry. If you want to iron it for a smoother look, use a silk setting.
