This silk infinity scarf is made with black French silk velvet, woven by M Guegain and Sons in northern France. Red and black paisley print in silk charmeuse is on the reverse side. This color combinations is one of our most popular for the holidays and Valentine’s Day.
The cowl scarf is cut on the bias to ensure a fantastic drape. It is reversible, and can be washed and dried on a delicate cycle. The double twist allows one to arrange the colors in different ways. Just put it on and go.
The scarf can also be worn as a headband for a chic look. Comfortable, easy care, and travel friendly for the woman who wants to look great with minimal effort. It makes a wonderful gift, too.
I dyed this hand woven tussah silk shawl with osage natural dye to create a brilliant lemon yellow color. The shawl is hand woven in a fair trade village in India. The weaver incorporated inlaid linear designs throughout the shawl. Washable, colorfast.

A mix of Osage and Cochineal natural dyes made a honey amber color on this silk cotton wrap. The fabric has a check pattern which plays with light. The cotton yarn gives a matte look, while the silk reflects a soft glow. Wear this to the office, out to dinner, casual or resort wear. The honey amber color looks great with cream, white and navy. Washable, soft and comfortable.
Dimensions: 72" Long without the Fringe, 20" Wide
Super soft, warm, and with a great drape, this hand woven silk wool scarf is dyed with madder root for three days to create burnt orange. The weaver from a fair trade village in India warped the loom with high twist silk and used very fine soft merino wool in the weft. When washed, the high twist silk gives the crinkled texture.
